Product Overview
The RWSP100G Steel Crawler Concrete Slipform Machine is a heavy-duty concrete slipform machine designed for larger and more demanding road construction projects. With a steel crawler chassis, 100kW generator, 15-ton machine weight and PLC intelligent control panel, this model is suitable for drainage ditches, road shoulders, curbs and customized concrete structures.
It is designed for contractors, municipal construction companies and highway engineering teams requiring stronger traction, stable forming performance and larger concrete profile capacity.
Product Details
The RWSP100G adopts a dual motor dual-control dual-drive system and steel crawler chassis. Compared with rubber crawler models, the steel crawler design is better suited for heavy-duty road construction environments where stronger chassis support is required.
The machine is equipped with a standard 1-to-8 adjustable-speed high-frequency vibrator system, mixed mechanical vibrators, detachable hydraulic screw feeder and dual leveling instrument control. The machine can form drainage ditches with an inner size up to 800mm × 800mm, and can also be used for curbs, road shoulders and other concrete profiles according to mold design.
