The RWSP50CK Upgraded Rubber Crawler Concrete Slipform Machine is an enlarged and upgraded crawler-type model designed for larger concrete forming requirements. With an 8.4-ton machine weight, wider crawler chassis and enhanced vibrator configuration, it is suitable for contractors who need stronger stability and larger forming capacity than standard crawler slipform machines.
This model can be used for concrete curbs, roadside shoulders, drainage ditches and customized concrete profiles. It is suitable for municipal construction, highway engineering, rural infrastructure projects and road maintenance applications.
Product Details
The RWSP50CK is equipped with a dual motor dual-control dual-drive system, 50kW generator, hydraulic screw feeder and dual leveling instrument automatic control. The upgraded crawler chassis uses wider rubber tracks, providing improved ground support and operation stability.
The machine supports concrete forming up to 800mm × 800mm, and drainage ditch inner size up to 600mm × 600mm, subject to actual project drawings and mold design. The vibrator system includes 1-to-6 high-frequency vibrators plus 2 groups of ordinary vibrators, helping improve concrete compactness during continuous slipforming.
