The RWSP50C Rubber Crawler Concrete Slipform Machine is a crawler-type slipform machine designed for continuous concrete forming projects, including curbs, gutters, roadside structures and drainage ditch profiles. Compared with wheel-type models, the rubber crawler chassis provides stronger ground contact and better stability on construction sites.
With a 50kW generator, dual motor dual-control drive system, hydraulic screw feeder and dual leveling instrument automatic control, the RWSP50C is suitable for contractors and municipal engineering teams that need efficient concrete forming equipment for regular road construction and maintenance work.
Product Details
The RWSP50C uses a rubber crawler with steel wire reinforcement, designed for engineering applications. Its crawler chassis helps maintain stable operation during concrete slipforming, especially on uneven ground or longer continuous forming sections.
The machine adopts vibratory forming, manual control box, wireless remote control and variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The turbocharged four-cylinder engine and dedicated oil pump motor support stable hydraulic operation. It can be used with customized molds according to project drawings.
